Personal Data We Process

• Communication data — the content of emails, form submissions and booking requests you send us.
• Technical & usage data — IP address, device and browser information, and log data automatically generated when you visit the website.

Purposes & Legal Bases

We process personal data to perform our contracts with you (providing distribution, promotion and subscription services and handling orders), to comply with legal obligations (such as accounting and tax requirements), and on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving our website and services. Publication of Content You Submit

Our core service is the distribution and promotion of music. When you submit materials to us — such as recordings, artwork, artist names, release titles and related metadata — you understand and agree that this content is intended for public release. We make it available to third-party streaming platforms, stores and distribution partners (for example Kontor New Media), where it is published and displayed to the public as part of your release.

This means certain information you provide, including artist and release names and associated artwork, will become publicly accessible by design. Please only submit content you have the right to share and publish.

Data Transfers Abroad

Some of our service providers are based outside Switzerland and the EEA, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred to a country without an adequate level of data protection, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent measures recognised under Swiss law.
